Introduction to large stacked cages for laying hens
- Manure cleaning system: including longitudinal manure cleaning, transverse manure cleaning, and oblique manure cleaning. The advantage of this product is that it improves the installation stability of the main manure cleaning head, the equipment connection is more firm, the force is evenly distributed, the service life is extended, and the aesthetics is improved.
- Mid-level cage system: In addition to the main frame and cage net, this system uses solid and reliable materials for durability and good ventilation. The main frame columns are made of 2.0 mm thick, 275 g hot-dip galvanized steel for high strength and good consistency. The upgraded waterline suspension panel is also made of galvanized steel for longer service life. K-shaped partitions between cage groups evenly distribute weight, prevent uneven force, and improve stability.
- Feeding system: The feeding system adopts driven feeding technology and the leveler independently developed by the company to reduce feed waste, enhance leveling and ensure more uniform feed distribution.
- Drinking water system: The system uses PVC40 water pipes, which ensure reliable water supply. The dosing device is produced by the French company Dossier, which is energy-saving. The drainage also uses PVC40 pipes, and the system is equipped with a water shortage alarm device.
- Egg collection system: The egg collection system is optimized, with a larger egg collection area of 55cm and a wider egg collection channel, which improves egg collection efficiency and reduces breakage.
- Ventilation and environmental control: Negative pressure fans, cooling water curtains, side windows and deflectors work together with environmental controllers to create optimal conditions in the poultry house. Environmental controllers automatically control the ventilation system to maintain a stable and controlled environment.
- Lighting system: The lighting system uses 48V LED bulbs, which are waterproof, safe (low voltage) and provide uniform lighting.
